All guests must check in upon arrival.
Day-time guests are more than welcome to enjoy our outdoor amenities and activities. Please note that our laundry facility is for over-night guests only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to their reserved check-in time will receive a refund of 50%, and Camp Lakeview will retain 50% of the amount of the reservation. Cancellations made 14 or fewer days prior to their reserved check-in time will forfeit any and all deposits and not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not be issued due to weather conditions, acts of nature, or anything outside of Camp Lakeview's control. Refunds are not be issued in the event of an early departure time or date. Those reserved and do not arrive on the first day of their scheduled arrival data are declared to be "no-show", and the reservation cancelled on that following morning unless they are fully pre-paid, in which case the reservation will not be cancelled but held until its reserved departure date.
Please communicate your anticipated late check-in time. Your reservation may be cancelled if we don't hear from you.
Campground Rules
We reserve the right to evict for noncompliance of any of our rules. If asked to leave, refunds will not be issued.

ALL VISITORS must check in at the registration office or our personnel at the gate (when present). All residents are responsible for their guests' conduct and are required to have them check in with the office.

CAMPFIRES are not allowed outside of designated firepits. Portable propane fire pits, barbeques, and camp stoves are permitted.

QUIET HOURS are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. All outdoor music, video, and loud conversations must be concluded by 11:00 pm. Noise complaints may result in eviction, and without refund.

PETS: Two pets per RV are permitted. All dogs must be on a leash and under good control of the owner. The leash length must be no longer than eight (8) feet (per Pierce County Leash Law.) Aggressive dogs or chronic barkers will not be allowed to remain in the Park. Customers are responsible to ask Camp Lakeview staff if their particular breed of dog is permitted at Camp Lakeview.

LOSS and DAMAGE of PERSONAL PROPERTY – Camp Lakeview is fenced but is not responsible for any loss or theft that may occur during your stay. Please secure all property whenever leaving the site.

CONDUCT – Actions by any person, as determined by Camp Lakeview Staff, of any nature which may be dangerous, or creates a health or safety problem, or disturbs others is not permitted including, but not limited to, any act involving a weapon; any type of perceived domestic violence; disturbing or excessive noise or profanity; or abusive language or conduct towards anyone is not permitted. Persons engaged in any of these activities may be evicted from Camp Lakeview RV Park.

Marijuana Usage – It is unlawful to open a package containing marijuana, or to use any products containing marijuana in view of the general public or in a public place. – RCW 69.50.445

Alcohol – Alcohol is not allowed in any general or common area where children may be present, or be visible by the general public. Any sign of drunk behavior is grounds for removal from the property without refund.

TOWING – Vehicles parked in any location other than the vehicle’s registered campsite may be towed at the owner’s expense. (RCW 46.55.070). This includes No Parking allowed in other empty campsites, in front of restroom buildings, in the roadway, or on the grass.

WATERING & Mowing – Watering and mowing is done on a normal daily basis. Guests understand that grounds keeping near their sites is to be expected during their stay and you may be asked to move your belongings.. Any interference with in-ground sprinkler systems may result in eviction.

LINES & NETS – Trees, fences, and utility posts must be kept free of all ropes, lines, hammocks, or pet leashes at all times. Additionally, game nets must be taken down at dusk.

PAY PARKING – Camp Lakeview charges a day use fee that must be paid prior to entering the park. Any guest and/or their vehicle that has not paid or does not have a valid parking pass may be towed at owners expense. Please contact the Camp Lakeview staff for assistance with additional parking needs.

PROHIBITED VEHICLES – Unauthorized vehicles, including but not limited to go-karts, pocket-bikes, dirt bikes, ATV's or ORV’s that are not licensed for operation on the streets and highways of the State of Washington cannot be operated within the RV Park or City Parks.

Mail: Camp Lakeview does accept mail for resident and are required to have a mailbox located at the front office. Any resident that recieves mail without a mailbox will be marked "return to sender" Long-term renters (30+ days) must consult Camp Lakeview staff before arranging their mail to be delivered to Camp Lakeview. Special conditions and instructions do apply.
Camp Lakeview is open year-round. Tanwax Lake is open year-round for fishing and boating

On-site Camp Hosts are available after office hours, but for emergencies and outages only. Please see the sign on our front door for the on-call host's contact information.
The front entrance gate does not close. The camp, however, is only open for day use from dawn until dusk. We do not allow swimming or fishing after dark.
